my thoughts on the fight:

Lucas looked good, but he looked like a guy who had been out of the ring for 18 months also. The fact that this was his first real WW fight (Peterson was capped at 141), after 1.5 years off, coming off the hardest fight of his career, couldn't be happier for him tonight. Joel Diaz corner conversations were non existent on box nation, what was he telling lucas?

imo lucas is not a welterweight, but he will give us some exciting fights for sure
