There's something very cheesy and dirty about getting another city's team and claiming their past success as your own history. See; okc claiming sonics historical successes as their own. If a team fails in that city, then the team dies IMO. The league shouldn't be looking to move the bucks, but instead look at abolishing the bucks, and creating a new team elsewhere.
