Financial worries is the main culprit for stress. Stress weakens the immune system. People with depression, anxiety, are easily prone to illnesses. If Goosen was seriously ill, his lawyers are to blame and at fault for advising Goosen to continue this ''battle.'' If you're seriously ill with cancer, who thinks about owning another man to win a legal case all revolving around money? Surely Goosen was smarter than this. Rumors like this thread from the OP shame Goosen rather than help his image.
