If he wants to stay on to fight people from his generation, so be it. I think as long as he isn't getting hurt and is looking credible or is paired in entertaining/favourable (fairly) match ups, he can continue.
It is obviously he is clearly past his best but he still has value. If he looked like Chuck Liddell where every time a breeze went past his face he was face-planting, I would say retire NOW.
