The best HEAVY BAG for me what weight should I buy?

I have a 70 pound heavy canvas bag and it is hard when I punch it. I weigh 145 what weight should I buy and what style? is 80 pounds better or the 100 pound vinyl ones?

And will it make me hit harder if I punch the heavier bag?

Keep hitting your 70 pound bag until your punches have it swinging out of control, then move up. After you man handle the 70 pounder, i'd jump up to at least a 100.
