  • Comments Thread For: Stephen Smith Believes All Four Brothers Can Win World Titles

STEPHEN SMITH believes his family can become history makers and be the first to hold four world titles. That is despite his brother Liam losing his WBO light-middleweight crown in September. The Liverpool super-featherweight challenges WBA champion Jason Sosa here in Monte Carlo tomorrow night.

goes to show world titles dont mean good boxers, sosa is not that good and beating him wont really mean much cause smith would never beat pedraza or anyone half good cause their all robotic. Even the 7foot callum would not beat degale.

these guys need to retire quick cause they take a lot of punches the amount of flush right hands smith took against pedraza ouch. They could be decent if they left gallagher who seems to have a psychological hold over them all when he's a mediocre trainer. Even shane mcguigan is already a far more technical trainer atleast his guys know how to stand and can move the head quickly and step back quickly without taking huge bombs on the way out like smith took against pedraza.

I can't see Paul picking one up. His best days are well behind him. The fact is that when he was probably as his best, that was around the time the division had Kessler, Ward, Froch etc. etc. and he was levels below them. He was really a European level fighter. The only way he could pick one up is if there's a vacant title and he somehow lands an awful opponent. He isn't good enough to beat any world level champion now.

Callum might, but i'm not that sold on him yet. He seems to be very hyped but time will tell.

It is great that 4 brothers all still got to a decent level. I'm just not sure any of them are that good.

is any joe gallagher fighter any good really, they dont know how to stand and get hit flush and just look at stephen smiths punch stats at the end of the pedraza fight his connect percentages are way down on pedraza's.
