Hey whats up everyone , im Tyler and im new to the boxing world i got a taste for it yesterday with my first sparring session with a 20 year long boxing vet along with my friend and one other.
I was very anxious coming in only knowing the basics and practicing for a month in advance i have my cardio in line from lots of running abd sprinting and my shoulders did hold up great for all 3 (2min) rounds. I was able to answer a lot of questions i had for myself . Im currently 24 years old at 175 pounds and feel great. I learned what my bad habbits are and paid for them a few times sparring the main one being turning to my right and looking away when a combo hits me and as soon as i turn back i get caught with a hook. 3 times i did it and 3 times i got knocked down. Absolutly enjoyed it and look forward to seeing progress each time.
