Going to have to go with Cristiano Ronaldo... Messi has performed better in international play, but I think Ronaldo plays better club soccer. Just my opinion though. I'm not a die-hard fan or anything.

I think Messi is more talented with the ball at his feet, but Ronaldo is more of the complete package. Don't know Ronaldo's attitude one bit.

this is amazingly hard to compare. last season ronaldo was incredible (2007-2008) but this season he didnt score as much and messi got even better.

both players can win matches on their own, i give the slight edge to messi.

Ronaldo is the more complete player but I think he's reached his top-form, Messi however is a few years younger and is still growing as a player and I think we have not seen the best of him yet so for right now Ronaldo, next year probably Messi.
