It’s hilarious that people think the NSAC “cares” or is upset at all.

All they did was let Hearn know they won’t give him a license in their state.

It’s not about caring, they’re just letting him know that if he promotes fights in which fighters aren’t complying with drug tests, they won’t license him.

It does have an effect on them because it completely neuters their authority. The State Commissions have an agreement to honor the rulings from other Commissions.

Can anyone cut through the BS on this one? Are we likely to see Jr in with Jacobs, or will it be supposed contingency plan Rosado?

            It'll most likely be Rosado

              Nevada licenses the promoter.

Nevada suspended Chavez and Matchroom is going around it, contrary to the laws that govern their nevada license.

Nevada is threatening to revoke matchroom's license.

Matchroom could host the fight in Arizona, though it violates federal law. Matchroom could move the fight overseas and could give up their Nevada license, if they really want the fight that bad.

This isn't true. PEDvetkin proceeded to brutally KO Johann Duhaupas fresh off a PED test failure. And I believe it was Jon 'Bones' Jones that failed a test in Nevada only to have Dana move his fight to California (CSAC), who promptly cleared it (The Jon Jones Loophole), wasn't it?

Also, wasn't it Nevada that was on the verge of giving Carnelo a pass after his tainted beef scandal, until public outcry forced a suspension?

the B sample will never be tested. they won't want it to come into the public eye that both of his samples had drugs in them. he'll go on vacation, receive a backdated suspension for his time on an island somehwere [he still got paid from his last fight,] and he'll get a fight in early 2020.

what really disturbs me is the gloves and how the commission / state was involved in strongarming them into the fight. that's just not acceptable, and nobody talked about it. dude brought his own gloves to the fight, they were a different brand, and the opponent was bullied when they tried to inspect them.

let's also keep in mind that an american journalist broke the story. there isn't a journalist in england who will cross hearn. promoters are responsible for giving out media credentials. getting blackballed by hearn could potentially mean you have ot watch the next joshua fight and write your story from home!
