Hart is funny as hell, I don't know WTF you are talking about. Comedy is about delivery and he has a great delivery.

He's not on the level of Rock, Chapelle or Pryor but you don't have to be to still be funny.

Louis CK is great too, as well as a few others.

He's not a joke teller, he says things funny. There's a difference. When he talks about his father going to one of his spelling bees with jogging pants on and his giant d.ick is swinging, that **** was hilarious.

Or his drug addicted uncle who talked about suckin d.ick for crack or his other uncle who wanted to kill "cancer" for killing his mother....

He's good, funny delivery and his gestures are great.
