I never pick up my dog's poop. I doesn't make any sense to me.
First, I never let her poop in anyone's yard, always in empty lots or strips along the road.
Like you said I see bags of poop all over the place when I'm walking her. People pick it up then just throw the bag somewhere. My dogs poop has already disintegrated while these bags of **** are everywhere baking in the sun.

Also the stupidity of NSB makes me grumpy.
