I watched season 1 all in one go and it was good.

I am impatient and hate waiting one by one. I would like more war scenes and some CGI etc... but I understand it follows the books.

My parents don't even watch shows from week to week anymore, because I always give them a flash drive after a season of whatever they want to watch is over, so they do a marathon watch of it all.
