he offers next to no threat, and is a spent fighter. Yet he brings in huge revenue from the tv companies, guarntees big turnouts at the gates, massive exposure and he is a legit name for your resume.

yeah sure. He's lost to Mayweather and Pacquiao, ever, that's it. In between those two fights he beat Lazcano and massacred Malinaggi who has since dominated Diaz over 2 fights. Mayweather has since dominated Marquez and Pacquiao massacred Cotto, no shame in losing to either.

Hatton wants to retire but not the way he went out against Pacquiao, he wants to go out in a war like Tszyu did, he's not even talking about winning just going out like a warrior. I do think though if he wins against Marquez Mayweather rematch will be too tempting for him to resist.
