She and her 16 year old sister were attacked last year, with some of the same girls involved. Her sister suffered a broken leg. They were eyewitnesses but they police did nothing as they said the CCTV cameras were not working.

Not sure, but seeing at it was not the first time, seems very unlikely it is a case of mistaken identity.

If she would not have died, the police would have just dropped the case like they did last time.

First up the are females, so they get a lighter sentence, then they are under 18, so they won't get an adult court system, then they will say it was her heart condition.

No one will spend a second behind bars for her death, no one will lose their job and nothing will change.

And we won't even find out why they attacked her, because they will be no trial and no witnesses to tell their story in court.

The police will take no responsibility, nor will the NHS.

The NHS did have serious failings here BUT there is noway Italy's system is better. As a British citizen I am forever grateful for the care they afford people, at no cost. As a doctor, I know just how hard we all work and 9/10 times it provides better care than almost anywhere on the planet, certainly more so than a second rate economy such as Italy.

The justice system is also exceptional and convictions will come, possibly held up by the fact that she was an Egyptian national and a Muslim, which may push biases her way. Let's hope the country acts the way it should, and not like right wing Italy.

Italy healthcare stats are better than the UK, it's undeniable that their system is better.

Nah. The average court case takes seven or more years to sort out. There is nothing positive going on in our court system.
