      Dude...

36% would be the most if there is no other group with more than 36%.

Come on, bro. It aint rocket science.

If you don't think there's anything wrong with this statement

Is this aimed at me? I'm not sure what you are trying to say.

The quotation says most recipients of welfare in the US are white.

The OP says that number is 36%, which is the highest of any group.

So the two statements are consistent with each other.

So you're attempting to argue that plurality equals majority, while pretending that's not idiotic?

Maybe you fell down and bumped your head.

If there is no group with over 36% recipients...then that group with 36% would receive the most welfare benefits.

              Right or wrong?

36% isn't most of 100% no matter what drugs you're smoking, how many times you stomp your feet, or how clever you think you are.

This is not a hard concept.

If there are 7 pieces of candy and I have 4 and you have 3.

                  Who has the most candy?

I see I have to put it into terms a 3 year old can understand for you to catch on.

No one is talking about most of 100%.

That's the statement you attempted to defend simpleton.
