    recently bought a set so that me and my buddy can train on days we cant get to the gym. does n e one have n e tips or better yet instructional clips?

    You need an experienced trainer to work with you. Otherwise, you're not gaining unless your friend happens to be a pro

      i disagree. this isnt our only form of training, just an additional work out. there is no reason why an experienced trainer has to be holding the pads for the boxer to brush up on his own technique. tru?

        Well, if it's additional, than it's fine.

        If it's the main, you need someone experienced to show you with the combos and exactly where to hit, etc., etc.

          yeah man i got a bit of an idea from what our trainer does but i dont know if how he does it is the norm or whatever.
