That came from a statement from the NSAC. During post-fight checkups, I believe the weight that Khan and Virgil, who if nothing else is as honest as it gets, said Canelo weighed 183. I will find try to find that link but it wasn't a secret.....

I don't think that's surprising given that leading up to the Mayweather fight he was averaging 174..........and it wasn't the 152 that hurt him it that fight. Canelo himself said it was the rehudration limit. And he has refused to get on a scale on fight night since.....

I can tell by looking at the two and comparing them. As WELL as seeing how Canelo looked on the ACTUAL Scale and in the ring! He was about 173-175 lbs. NOT no DAMN 183. You don't gain 30 lbs that fast without making HUGE sacrifices. Sorry I just don't believe it. Of course Khan and Virgil want him to weigh that much to make his KTFO loss look better. Most ppl also say he's 5'9" when in fact he about 5' 7 1/2". I've met the guy before. I'm 5' 8" and I'm a hair taller.

He used to always weigh unofficial before fights and NEVER came over 174. He stopped doing that around Kirkland fight because then everyone wanted him to fight GGG and were bringing up those weights as prove that they are the same size. Just look at 5' 9"-10" Smith compared to Canelo.
