I do also but at times people need to be called other things. I tend to use the word lazy a lot at work.

I freely admit to having used both nigger and nigga before.

The former was used once in anger (obviously) in a very heated confrontation between an old co-worker and I when he (not I) decided to "go racial" on my ass. I find such tactics to be rather cheap, but I'm the kind of person who treats people as they treat me, not as I'd like to be treated.

The latter was used the same day, and in reference to the same incident, ironically in conversation with my best friend at that job : A black girl. She was ribbing me about the occurance all day for being a "closeted racist", and how she had "no idea" that I "felt that way" about "her people", and I jokingly told her that she was acting "mad nigg@'ish" about the whole thing.
