And stop saying they only had 4 weeks to decide a replacement. They actually had since at least March 5th when the news of the failed test broke. That cuck Loeffler should've began negotiating with a legit acceptable plan b right away expecting the worst. Instead he just sat on his hands because he, like everyone else in the boxing world, anticipated the fight to still take place. but then GGG made some serious accusations and the NSAC had to flex some muscle because the last thing anybody wants to be accused of is playing favorites.

Exactly this is all on Loeffler. He had plenty of time to make a quality replacement fight and a long list of opponents that threw their hat in. He also let his own fighter go off and have a meltdown that absolutely impacted the NSAC decision. Before his tirade everyone was saying NSAC would approve it. But GGG stirs everyone up and put pressure on NSAC to suspend Canelo. It was almost like Loeffler didn't explain to his own client that getting Canelo suspended is a bad thing for us and means we don't make money. He phuking called Nevada terrorists. lol If you have made the decision to still fight why would you make comments that make it harder for Nevada to rule in your favor and allow the fight to continue? Loeffler was actually forced to walk back things GGG said to the point he sounded like he worked for Golden Boy and not GGG. He obviously spoke to GGG since because he hasn't made any comments like that again but it shows how he was not on the same page with GGG. And it's been one blunder after another first trying to bring up a unknown Mexican because they feared Mexicans wouldn't show up to Vegas unless there was one in the ring so they picked a guy who fought at 147 a year ago which embarrassingly enough was denied by Nevada. Now trying to make spike fight in stubhub but risk losing his IBF belt. To now he's just going to sit out a year and wait for Canelo? This was never GGG's fault for the situation but Loeffler handled this about as bad as you can possibly handle it at every step.

True. Even though I agree with Canelo facing punishment. I'm simply in awe of the incompetence of GGG's team. In that situation you always expect the worst. They could've been in the shadows negotiating with Derevyanchenko, Andrade, Zurdo or offering it to Charlo who I'm sure would've dropped out the Centeno fight like a bad habit for a shot at Golovkin. this was March 5th. now these fools are forced to switch venues in hopes another state approves a no hoper. When has that ever happened in the history of boxing. And if GGG is willing to sit on his ass to not lose that Canelo money they might as well suspend him alongside Alvarez. one is suspended the other one will behave like he's suspended too.

GGG has had more then a month now to make the fight with Saunders if that's what he wanted. Saunders team raised their hand days after the failed test was announced. GGG could of even fought Saunders in 2017 when after agreeing to terms GGG pulled out the fight last summer. GGG's team went to great lengths to scrap the bottom of the barrel for opponents to fight on May 5 rather then simply just move the date and sign to fight Saunders. He doesn't even want to face Dervy who would be the one at the disadvantage fighting last minute not GGG. How much more evidence do you need to see what's going on he's not taking a risky fight that impacts a Canelo payday. They are actually thinking about just sitting out until Sept to preserve the Canelo fight because Vegas and IBF won't let them fight bums.

And from the sounds of it it seems GGG's camp expect Canelo's suspension to be 6 months. They sound pleased with that potential judgement. So you accuse the guy of being a lifetime doper with needle marks and you're perfectly fine with a measly six month ban. Wtf. So what principle is he really standing on? I was rooting for Canelo to be punished but this is about the actions of Golovkin that make little sense to me. If I accuse a mofo of being a serial doper then imma keep talking and make sure his ass is gone for at least two years and I'm going to court for the purse like Wilder did Pedvetkin.
