Nigel benn who has terrible footwork and no pedigree was known as a guy who has poor fundamentals and technique and he was outboxing gerald at times. GGG beats him.

They both have good chins, but we've seen McClellan in with real hard punchers like Jackson, Mugabi and Benn, while we have not seen GGG in with the same caliber punchers. Benn and Jackson are completely different from Lemiuex and Stevens. They actually threw jabs.

With that said I would have to go with GGG by TKO. It's not a given that because Benn KO'ed GM that GGG does it too, and GM KO'ing Jackson twice means nothing significant, given that every single one of Jackson's 6 losses was by stoppage, which shows he can punch hard but couldn't really take a hard punch.

The way I see it is if you are facing GGG and you've been stopped before, chances are you will get KO'ed. Which is probably the same fate Jacobs will experience. If someone figured out how to KO you , GGG will too. Which is why fights like GGG vs all the MW's he fought were uninteresting aside from Murray, because all those guys been stopped already.

I think it would be a war and it's a 50/50 fight IMO. McCellan would be extremely dangerous in the early rounds. It would be interesting to see how GGG handles the power of McCellan in the early rounds and if McCellan can rough him up and force GGG to fight on the back foot.

Gerald would cut right through GGG! McClellan was a very fast starter and would have busted up GGG.

Dude, the referee bungled that fight.

McClellan should've won in the first round for ****s sake

Plus, the ref let Benn rabbit punch him the whole fight.

Damned ref should be in jail.

Why should he have? You get 20 seconds if you get knocked out of the ring. He was back in on 8 or 9.

McClellan's shít stain of an excuse of a trainer is more to blame. A cornerman who doesn't have his fighters health at interest has no business in the sport.
