  • Rate These Young Fighters From 140-154

I actually had this thread made last week but it got deleted. So in three to four years, rate who you think will be the best from 1-8:

    Josh Kelly
    Jaron Ennis
    Vergil Ortiz Jr
    Sadriddin Akhmedov
    Magomed Kurbanov
    Gary Antuane Russell
    Daniyar Yeleussinov
    Joey Spencer

Jaron Ennis got next, in fact, he ready now depending on who he'd fight. He should call out Thurman after his next fight.

Jaron Ennis is only 21, certainly seems to have the most potential from the younger crop.

Vergil Ortiz Jr. looks good. World champion down the line if he stays at 140.

Gary Russell is Russell Jr.'s little brother, so I have some good expectations from him. Haven't seen him fight yet so I have no idea how he is looking now.

Daniyar Yeleussinov is a great fighter, but he's already at/near his peak being at the age of 27, with only 5 fights. He has a shot at becoming a champion, though.

Josh Kelly is overrated, IMO. Welterweight is too stacked, I don't ever see him becoming a champion.

Joey Spencer is the youngest, can't predict anything from an 18 year old who may be moving up 1-2 weight classes in the near future. He's only 5'9", which would be quite short for middleweight+. Too young to make a call.

          Haven't see the other fighters.
