Missing Baby's Mom Was Drunk

How can a mother of a baby be so irresponsible as to get drunk while caring for a helpless child? For some reason, I think this lady had something to do with the disappearance of her child. It's a possibility that she had planned to give away the baby and used the abduction as a coverup. Something isn't right with her testimony. She is definitely hiding something.
