  • Comments Thread For: Mayweather Confident He Would School Golovkin in 'Easy' Fight

London, UK - Back when Floyd Mayweather Jr. (49-0, 26 KOs) retired in September of 2015, there were plenty of fans who were asking him to face IBF, WBA, WBC, IBO middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (37-0, 33 KOs). Golovkin was very willing to get on board with that fight, and even offered to squeeze down to the junior middleweight limit of 154 or even 154.5-pounds in order to stake his middleweight belts. Mayweather has already captured titles at 130, 135, 140, 147 and 154.

Yes GGG made hard work of brook. But he fought him at least whilst you di Ned on berto. As Floyd said its not about proving who's the best.
Just get to 16o and prove you can beat ggg. On the scales put some fdollar coins in ygiur pockets like srl did with lalonde

Floyd can't keep GGG out of his mouth. All talk but no action. He knows GGG would walk right through him. GGG would show no respect to Floyd or his punches. Shame it won't happen because I would of enjoyed the beat down.

Floyd is now making a fool of himself. He is actually talking about and in the process of making a comeback to fight a guy who at this moment in time is trying to get a Nevada state boxing licence having never been classed as a boxer.
Stay retired Floyd once upon a time you were a somebody!

Floyd is asked a question, he answers it. What do people expect? What fighter would say another would beat him?
