Pac isn't in the ATG list at welter, he would be beaten up and thrown out. He has NO power at welter against the divisions all time best.
Hearns stands in with anyone with a real shot at winning because of his great power at 147! Not to mention Tommy was a skilled boxer.
If he were campaigning today he'd be the welter champ for 20 years!

Barkely gets incredibly underrated on here.

People just look at his boxrec and dismiss him..he kept fighting long after he was shot.

At his peak he was a big strong MW with lots of power.
