      Stayed at a friend's house at the weekend, which is cool, but does mean I had to go hours without whacking off.

                  Yes but they're not harmful to your organs or intense like other supplements. They're basically a nice healthy boost that guys after 28 need. Tribulis is a mild testosterone booster that will improve your mood, increase muscle density and boost your sex drive. You'll notice a difference within a week of taking it. L-arginine expands your blood vessels which when combined with a T booster is basically like Viagra. You'll be raging all day. It will also make you look permanantly pumped even hours after the gym. L-arginine is great to take in general for regulating blood pressure, blood flow and relieving pressure on your arteries. Of course if you're trying to quit wacking off they would be your enemy lol
