Sterling Shepherd at Washington...
DeSean Jackson vs Giants...

I think Washington will concentrate on Odell Beckham and this should open things up for Shepherd and Cruz...

Jackson was just upgraded from Questionable and shows up motivated vs the Giants...
Division games are tough, can be low scoring...

I've got Terrell Williams for the Chargers against Indy's suspect D... Travis Benjamin might be the new 1# WR for SD now, if he draws more attention then perhaps Williams gets more targets... Both should live large vs that Indy secondary in a potential shootout with Luck & crew...

Overall, I'm leaning with Williams...

I'd go with Shepard, Breeland is a good CB but he allows a fair amount of catches, is it PPR?

At the very least Shepard has the highest floor, and I usually tend to value safe production to a point.
