Just a horrible legal decision in a textbook sense. How would that argue that "militaristic" marketing inspired a school shooting? How does shooting up your school relate to the military?

Well McDonalds got sued billion for burning someone mouth with hot coffee.

I can't see no problem with giving the people the right to sue.
