The examples you used are obviously **** but he does know what he's on about most of the time. I'd give him a 6 or 7 out of 10.

Put it this way, I bet he knows far more about football than you or I do about NBA, NFL, NHL or MLB

Yeah his football knowledge is a bit lacking. Arteta is one of those decent premiership players that stands out in second tier teams but would struggle to make the reserves in the "bigger" clubs. He's good, but he's not spectacular.
