No. You're comparing him to heavyweights. Find me MWs who had a successful career past 40. Best you can hope for is him being moderately successful like RJJ after moving onto higher weights. His counter punching reflexes will go first, and with it he'll take more damage, which will reduce his punch resistance. If he's still fighting after ~42 he may develop 'glass chin' reputation like RJJ did.
