You are f#ucked. Landlords can not evict during corona virus. A guy in my local gym pays £3800 a month rent for a 2 bed in Sloane Square . He didn’t pay rent for 3 months but told his landlord he is leaving . He left in August but the house is at it was so he charges people to use the flat for a night/ weekend etc.

Back to you this guys are probably doing the same to you plus they are dodgy and they have the law on their side. You will probably get beat up and still be without your place. Just post on here and let them have it for now, there are good fights coming up

Agree with this. It is messy because the situation is uncivilized.

It is easy to forget that by and large nearly all people are fundamentally good and nearly all people play by the rules.

Genuinely you have to have an actual real and physical threat about you and if you're decent person it is not something you are going to get into especially against someone with nothing to lose.

All 450 million people from 27 countries, are now c**nts. The French, Germans, all of them, c**nts. How charming. Does that include the Republic or Ireland, they are all c**nts as-well? One quick google shows migrants over all pay in more to the system than home born. We absolutely depend on them to care for our sick in hospitals and elderly in care homes. Brits are still European, and many with mixed descent grew up here.

The UK has entire control of non EU migration yet continue to bring in more every year than those from Europe (and increasing).

There's also numerous controls available on EU migration such as not allowing them to visit unless having enough funds to not become a burden on the state and can be repatriated if no job after 3 months. Other countries do this, the UK chose not to. Blame the UK Government for that.

Long story short got a family of eastern europeans in one of our properties and they havent paid rent or full rent since July 2020. They are in arrears for like 2000k plus

Their tenancy agreement ends about 6 weeks

You're gonna have a hard grind, mate, specially during COVID time cos there's gonna be literally thousands of people looking to evict and whilst the laws on your side there's also a welfare and even public health issue at stake... probably gonna take both a longer time than usual gonna through courts and have a less reliable outcome.

Whilst I absolutely abhor that kinda **** and am basically in favour of certain squatters rights in general terms I also know exactly the kindsa dodgy kunts you're talking about and understand that you gotta make a living too. Hate to suggest it but your best recourse may not be strictly above board... but you'd have to know the kindsa bastards who are willing to take on risky, dangerous jobs.

Maybe you mean £2k though, unless you let 'em rent Buckingham effing palace I'm not sure how they ran up 2000K in 3 months....
