PLOT TWIST: Russia actually supported the democrats but also started the 'Russia colluding with Trump/republicans' meme as a pre-emptive manoeuvre so that they couldn't be blamed for supporting anti-American, nation deStroying liberals/democrats. Their goal was to destabilise and weaken the USA and get away with it all in one fell swoop.
