Is Manny still an elite fighter?

No but he is still fast and dangerous. He could probably upset a couple elite fighters if they in any way take him lightly.

We won’t know unless he faces top tier opposition at 147, Spence, Crawford, Thurman.

Who would win in a fight of Pacquiao vs. Spence?

Spence! Hes too big and too much for Manny at this age IMO.

Pac's skills still elite but a lot slower these days and shot reflexes and head movement. In some spots, it was like he was trying to remember how to do his signature side to side head movement. Looked a little pathetic actually.

It's still enough to beat the tier 2 welters and some of the tier 1. Steer clear, very clear, of Spence's way. Crawford, too, to a lesser extent. Pac's next 2 fights if he's lucky: Khan and Brook.

Make the good coin and get out, please. Make it quick!

I'd normally agree with you but I'd rather he stay active instead of these endless returns from retired fighters. He can still beat level 2 welters like Khan and Brook and make a little loot. THEN, he should get out. Otherwise, he ends up in bad place.

Why at 147? That's too much for him he should stay at 140. It's not like he's a big guy.

Their isn’t any real elite talent at 140 right now.
