Real fighters are obviously very good at jumping rope. I do know some fighters that aren't as good as they should be though.

It gets me high, I swear. After about 15 min of jump rope early in the day I feel lifted. If I don't do it, I act like a grump a little more. Thanks for the compliment, much respect. I know you have a boss home gym, and I enjoy your posts

It works four systems of the body, which four exactly, I forget. But ,I'm pretty sure it's - Overall conditioning, hand and foot speed, eye hand coordination, and something else.
