After Mosley’s fights vs Mayweather (L) and Mora (Draw), Bob Arum and Roach finally gave the okay for Pacquiao vs Mosley.

He also refused to fight Floyd because he didn’t want to take blood tests for a Mayweather fight in 2010, after Floyd agreed to fight him for a 50-50 split (which many fans said he wouldn’t agreed to but he did), and $10mill penalty if he’s over the 147 limit. Pacquiao agreed to do random drug testing except within 30 days of the fight (LLLOL). Very sus.

Anyway. It doesn’t matter at this point. Pacquiao is a great fighter even without a Mosley coming of the Margarito win and a 2010 Mayweather: But imo those are the two fights he ducked at welterweight, which ended up happening too late.
Pac never agreed to random blood test.

they wanted 3 blood test on three specific days.

    1. at the start of training
    2. 1 month before fight
    3. after the fight

not random if the agency has to schedule an appointment to take blood.

very suspect and a clear duck

But then you called him shopworn once he lost.

      "looked"....lol. Try harder.
The ww division looked like a threat when Floyd decided to take a "vacation", and you don't have an excuse that sticks.
      Lol

"like floyd, shane's best weight is 147...shane's speed and power matches up with floyd...they match up pretty even imo and floyd needs to make that fight with mosley....especially now that mosley definitely punked him on national television..."

Remember you said this when you thought Shane looked like a threat?

The word duck shouldn't really be in same sentences Pac and by and large it's not. It's mostly a manufactured idea when associated with pa c.
You just need to look at his insane resume to see he put himself in firing line.
Can you call someone who fights jmmx4, moralesx3, bradkeyx3, barrerax2 a duck?. You can, but you won't be taken serious

The catchweights are what's going to follow him, not if he did or didn't duck people.

Who knows and who cares, but a year and a half later Floyd fights him. Threat over and the fight itself was tantamount to that.

You have excuses for why Floyd took that vaca when some real threats emerged

He ducked Shane Mosley (Freddie Roach has admitted it) and also didn't fight Zahir Raheem when he beat Erik Morales.

He went for a lightweight title against David Diaz instead of against Nate Campbell.

                Also ducked Terence Crawford.

The choices were between Cotto or Mosley during that time. Cotto was easier to make as both were stablemates.

Again, the choices were between Morales (who beat him) or Raheem. Morales went down at 130 lbs to rematch him while Raheem was a 135 lb fighter. Raheem was never significant anymore after the Morales win.

Diaz was, again, stablemate. Campbell? He was supposed to be next or 2 after the Diaz fight. Everything got changed when the potential Dela Hoya fight entered the picture.

Crawford? Pls stop with this one. Old Pac has no business fighting these top fighters anymore

6mos later or 18mos later. I guess you'll say whatever fits todays narrative.

but we will never forget - you thought Shane looked like a threat then immediately called Shane shopworn after the fight.

                    so....who looked like a threat during Floyd's year and a half retirement....Pacquiao?

Pac has actually fought ssm. I'm sure the moment in history Pac didn't fight ssm, Pac did fight a decent fighter instead. Just because Pac didn't fight him when S sm specifically wanted it, doesn't really class as duck. Floyd never fought people instantly when fighters wanted it or fans wanted it.
Anyone who wanted to fight srr after he lost to turpi n would be accused of ducking turpinin would they? It's getting petty now
