So why is one set of the family worst than the other. It boils down to the different communities they grew up in.

What's the culture like in the communities that you posted? Because we know what the culture is like in Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, St Louis, etc.
So its the black culture then?

But see not all Blacks are like that. So we still can't call it Black culture. It the culture in the area/community that is the problem. It's the behaviours that are glorified and respected in those communities that are the problem.

The communities in the aforementioned high Latino majority populations is pretty normal. It's like the suburbs except everything seems closer together and tightly compact. There are multiple people living in the same residence, sometimes 8+ people in a home designed for 2 or 3. There are a lot of people trying to make an honest living, whether selling ice cream in their little carts or roses near the freeway entrances. And there are taco places everywhere, and food trucks. Little shops displayng their clothing outdoors.

There are "Cholos" aka gang members in those areas but they mostly keep to themselves. That's probably the worst of the problems in those communities. But agian, it's nothing like Detriot and Baltimore/St Louis

Americans are not into stabbing. They're to fragile for that. they prefer close their eyes and klick and you're dead method.
