I think your mistaking the new mod for GTA IV where they upped the realistic qualities by putting real life cars in the game. and re-doing the textures

there havent been any details come out on GTA V other than rumors of it being back in Los Santos

Prototype 2 will be the killer of all sandbox games. i saw a presentation at PAX and that jus amazed me.

After looking up on IGN, and you tube, you are right. Just the rumors of what is to be expected. No actual footage of the game.
