“It should also be noted that Senator Pacquiao is enrolled in the World Boxing Council / Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency (VADA) 365 24/7 program,” he added.

    - Pac is enrolled in VADA Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency. Only a few can say they do, and that's including Pac.

    The whole article

Despite fears to the contrary, Manny Pacquiao’s world title clash with Keith Thurman does have active drug testing, WBN has been informed.

Reports earlier this week led to a fans backlash against the pair of fighters for not insisting on having procedures in place.

The World Boxing Association, whose welterweight championship will be on the line, also came under fire in the gripes.

Accusations aimed at both fighters followed. Pacquiao’s representative Sean Gibbons then moved to clear things up regarding the July 20 bout.

“Nevada State Athletic Commission is using VADA style testing for Manny Pacquiao’s fight with Keith Thurman,” Gibbons exclusively told World Boxing News.

“It should also be noted that Senator Pacquiao is enrolled in the World Boxing Council / Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency (VADA) 365 24/7 program,” he added.

Pacquiao is currently deep in training for the contest, to be staged at the iconic MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Freddie Roach will once again be in the corner as the ‘Pacman’ bids to add yet another title to his haul of accolades.

    ONE TIME
For Thurman, it’s the huge challenge he’s craved ever since becoming world champion. A previous best effort came against Danny Garcia in March 2017.

Since then, ‘One Time’ has only fought once. Despite this fact, the American is favored with the bookmakers.

Holding the WBA title into a fourth year, Thurman is rightly recognized as one of the best at 147. The only question mark is the fitness issue.

Notorious for his conditioning, Pacquiao will be aiming to use all his mobility to frustrate Thurman and take his championship.

Pacquiao and Thurman will square-off in a welterweight world title attraction. The fight headlines a PBC on FOX Sports Pay-Per-View event beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.

Tickets for the event, which is promoted by MP Promotions, Mayweather Promotions and TGB Promotions, are on sale now. They can be purchased online through AXS.com. Charge by phone at 866-740-7711 or in person at any MGM Resorts International box office.

I stopped counting how many fools on that other thread that had like 15 pages who said Pac wasn't testing. This article CLEARLY shows Pac and Thurman are being properly tested. None of those fools has the nerve to show up here and admit they were very obviously wrong.

Nonito Donaire is another one who is enrolled in a year round test. He hasn't failed to. So is he a cheat?
      No need to get upset.

I was just trying to be helpful by posting facts.

Your beef is with Dan Rafael.

He never was. It was Arum who said that. Pac said before the Pac Morales 2 fight that he doesn't want to be blood drawn a day before the fight, and not he was scared of needles. In the first fight with Morales he was blood drawn a day before the fight and he lost to Morales. Pac was saying he didn't want to be blood drawn close to a fight coz obviously it made him weak and he lost, as what happened to him when he lost to Morales in the first fight.

He never said he was scared of needles. Arum was misinformed and said that to the public, but what Pac meant was he didn't want to be blood drawn a day before a fight. He wanted to be tested a day after the fight. Same Banana.

Yup, they want it to be true but like as always this 365, 24/7 testing to Pacman shows how much of a clean athlete Pac has and always will be.

Those ESPN fools really wanted to ruin the Pac-Thurman PBC and the casuals ate it up.

The other day they were just replaying Manny's losses on their network. Smh. Very immature.

It's sad cos that's the only way they can compete, by pulling others down. Don't blame Pac of Crawford's ppv numbers look horrible.

I am one of the posters that has asked if the fight had VADA or USADA testing. Here is the whole article below:

Despite fears to the contrary, Manny Pacquiao’s world title clash with Keith Thurman does have active drug testing, WBN has been informed.

Reports earlier this week led to a fans backlash against the pair of fighters for not insisting on having procedures in place.

The article indicates a member of Manny's team, Sean Gibbons, told WBN that Nevada is using VADA style testing for the bout".

What is "VADA style testing"? Also, The WBN report does not indicate they were able to confirm this through another source.

Then Gibbons states Manny is enrolled in the "WBC clean boxing program" The article below, also from ***************.net, the same source as the TS uses for this article, written in April 2018, has Manny's name on the list of boxers per division who have been removed from the WBC ratings throughout the history of the program for failure to enroll in the WBC CBP.

                      https://www.***************.net/2018...oxing-program/

As of June 10, 2019, Manny is not ranked by the WBC at WW.

                      https://box.live/world-rankings/wbc/#Welterweight

I think it's pretty clear Manny's team is doing PR and lying. If another source confirms what WBN is reporting, then I will post I was wrong.
