Helium poisoning is the easiest/pain-free no choking for air or anything you just fall asleep. But my biggest preference would be the classic gun to the dome but don't miss and use a high caliber to insure brain destruction. But if I personally was going to do it I'd just OD on heroin painless and you get 20 seconds of the better euphoria in your life right before you die
