                Well all depends on what he’s doing. I assume he’s trying to get fit.It has high amounts of cellulose, the one fiber that the stomach can't break down. It’s real low in protein and has the same amount of fat as carbs. It’s not the worst thing you could eat I just wouldn’t recommend it. I know I sound like a nerd imma red k myself

                    I lost count after tree fiddy. I should be up to 700 before the end of the year.

                    I need to eat more bread and pizza, helps me sht more.
