If you are skilled enough you can overcome a weight disadvantage, but it's still a disadvantage.

Rigo hardly hit Loma with anything, so durability wasn't an issue. Rigo got dropped and stunned by lesser opponents, so him getting hurt didn't say much. Loma is an expert at closing the distance. He could've pulled that off against Rigo, at 126.

How much did Loma do against Rigo, that he couldn't have done at 126, years ago? Going off of what I saw, he was using his usual footwork to move all around Rigo, and his usual punch volume to offset Rigo's offense. Meanwhile, Rigo was holding and getting tagged trying to avoid punches in a crouching position. He couldn't set up counters, and was outclassed until he quit off a fake injury. Size does matter, but even Rigo said Loma's size wasn't the problem.

Are you sure that he's the one embarrassing himself?
