Because the Tunde Ajayi/Junior Benjamin situation fell apart, tbh; were that situation to have worked out, Ajayi would've had his whole camp with him in Las Vegas (Junior, Ohara Davies, Anthony Yarde, etc) and the fighters under Tunde would've had the chance for Floyd to get a real good look at them (with the way Mayweather Boxing Club seems to roll, all of the 168/175/cruiserweight fighters seem to regularly spar against each other, putting Yarde in prime position to flash his skills. Davies being a 140lb fighter limits his looks, but he would've had the chance to work directly with Floyd and there's a lot of fighters coming in for work anyway).
