Boxing just sold 4.4million PPV's at $100 a piece, not to mention the broadcast rights and PPV's from other countries, sponsers, live gate etc.
Boxing is fine. The fight was ****. Everyone will forget about it soon, except for the advertising and TV network execs. They wont forget a payday like that in a hurry.
Boxing might well be the worst run sport in the world, but it still manages to make a lot of people a lot of money.

Last year Froch and Groves fought in front of 80,000 people at Wembley (incase anyone had forgotten lol), boxing is flying in Japan, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico, Eastern Euro countries are increasingly getting involved in pro boxing etc etc.
