    bob fitzsimmons was 5'11 and about 170 lbs. when he won the heavyweight title.

    he was also a middleweight and later light heavyweight champion.

      if we're talking recent times than holyfield is up there

      many old HW weighed under 200

              tyson 220 lbs. he was short but not small.

              qawi is a light heavyweight and cruiserweight. he didn't accomplish anything at heavy.
