It appears the Trump administration DID attempt to go through the "proper" channels but were prevented for some reason by this woman who is being portrayed by libtards as a victim of the Orange Man.

Ok so in your opinion the proper channels failed. So are you saying that because you feel they failed, Trump should be able to set up his own private shadow government investigation?

One of the articles of impeachment is obstruction of justice, which is a crime itself. People get charged with it everyday for lying or withholding information when the police are investigating a crime. Trump himself said they can't charge him with a crime because he has the evidence and he's withholding it

They are withholding 70 documents and blocking 12 witnesses from testifying.

So the proper channels failed in your opinion. The proper channels aren't perfect and fail everyday. So your remedy for that is what? For the President to go around the Constitution and co equal branch of government to create his own shadow government?

Nadler and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) explained on Tuesday that the second article arose after the impeachment inquiry had already begun.

The second article lists three specific instances in which President Trump defied the House during the impeachment inquiry. Two instances relate to the withholding of documents at the direction of the president despite a subpoena, and the third regards Mr. Trump's directive to "current and former Executive Branch officials" not to comply with committee subpoenas for testimony.

Just stop lying to people, it's not a good look. Trump is not being accused of ANY crimes, there is no legal statute for "OBSTRUCTION of CONGRESS", you know what Trump is ACTUALLY being accused of by the House.

Trump's team proved today that the subpoenas weren't legal because they were issued from an inquiry that began without a proper House vote first. They showed Constitutional legal precedent to back their stance as well. I don't watch crap like CNN, those kiddie lies won't work, step your game up.

The conclusion is already forgone, Trump is getting acquitted, and thats the end of that. Arguing whether he obstructed this or that is completely irrelevant. A. NO ONE cares and B. It's not convincing any Republican so again he will get off scott free. Stop wasting time on the hopeless, you should focus on 2020.
