Like I was telling people about his immigration plan. It wasn't a serious plan. Plans he's proposing, like this dumb ass budget, are not serious plans. These are extremist plans that looks like its written by people in the comment section of Breitbart or Fox News. This food stamp program is not a serious progam. It'll never see the light of day or even be debated seriously in Congress.
