    Need advice on where to start a diet?


    For starters I currently drink too much and eat like crap.


    Obviously cut the booze down and start eating somewhat healthy, any foods I should go for ? More carbs so I don't burn out ?

              diet-wise, a good place to start is to only drink water, just cut everything else out, except maybe black coffee, and vodka tonics, haha

                I want to gain some muscle but not get brolic, I guess lean muscle.

                Just get in better shape period. I only play basketball. It I haven't even played in months.

                I'm thinking maybe start eating healthier, drinking more water for a week then start ?

                  Black pudding for breakfast
                  Fresh fruit for lunch
                  Balut for dinner
                  Nothing but water in between.
                  In one month you will have achieved your goals.
