start with a basic fullbody routine first until you develop some decent strength. Then you can advance to the program proper. You need to get past the initial conditioning stage first

I need a weight training program

Will there be any size gains at all from that routine, i mostly want to be strong, but looking a little buff wouldn't be a bad thing. Also what are good mornings?

usually size gains come when you start weight training due to the initial stimulus but you have to remember calorie consumption plays a major role
