  • The Demented Bias For Fury

They r comparing this to Lennox Holyfield and Canelo GGg

First off, neither GGG nor Lennox were knocked down. Fury got knocked down twice and was sparked on the 2nd one. Easily could have a KO loss if the ref was in the wrong mood.

2ndly, GGG and Lennox landed far more punches on their opponents. 50 some punches compared to Fury’s 12. U r basically showing ur bias by giving him every close round

3rdly, they were both defending champs. fury was the challenger.

    Lol just lol

      Exactly.

This wasn't Fury picking and poking and potshotting Wilder to death.

Most rounds, he landed only a few more times than Wilder and Deontay's punches were almost always the hardest of the round.

Deontay was coming forward, trying to make the fight.

So he gets penalized for that?

And yeah, there are those two KDs.

I think a lot of folks gave rounds to Fury he may not have won simply because he was still on his feet.

      That is true bias...

People who say Fury dominated are brain dead. Wilder stalked him but couldn't really land to many shots because he kept on throwing the same shots and Fury, give him credit can move and he dodged those shots. However Fury didn't dominate Wilder like some people like to say, Wilder knock downs secured a draw easily. People who said Fury won the 10 rounds he didn't get knocked out in are beyond brain dead.

Wilder on the other hand in the rematch needs to slow down and find a way to not telegraph his punches. If he does that, I see him sparking Fury out easily.

Canelo already ruined this clown's life and now Fury is sending him to the phuking loony bin.

You have created like 15 different Fury threads since the end of the fight. WTF lol

Some early rounds were close & then we had the knock downs which overall made it a close fight.

I don't think Fury "dominated" Wilder at all. He made him look bad with some misses but that's the same thing in a lot of people's minds. The Furys both make opponents look pretty awful. Hughie made Parker silly at times. But that's not the same as being offensive-minded and trying to press the action and stop a guy. Which is why Hughie lost to Parker and Fury didn't win this one.
