Why was Mayweather so respectful to Marquez during the buildup to their fight?

That's not exactly so, amongst his nasty comments, he announced that he was going to beat Corrales to avenge all the beaten wives, since he knew that Corrales was heading for gaol. A month or so later he himself was up on charges of beating up his girl-friend,or wife or whatever she was.

I think Floyd likes Marquez and vise versa.
Notice in the 9th Round when Marquez was ready to go,Mayweather deliberately held back from pressing for the KO.
After that Round,his Uncle told him to put him away,plus his father also gave a signal from the stands to go for the stoppage.But Floyd went in and allowed Marquez to finish the fight,in the last round he did not even throw much.He allowed Marquez to throw as many as he wanted coz he did not want to stop him.
If he hated him,he would have finished him off for sure.

Look at the second round in there fight, floyd tried to finish marquez but couldn't, floyd was never sure if marquez was ready to go because marquez always fired back and was in position to retaliate.

How much does floyd respect marquez...so much so that he didn't even try to make weight floyd came in 4 pounds over. floyd wanted to make sure he has every advantage going into the fight (besides being the bigger man in the ring).
