    Well lets see.

There's a number of potent performance-enhancing drugs you can only find in blood
    1. Urine checks are now considered more accurate than blood tests by many scientists, and since anyone using PED's would use extencive blood transfusions, blood tests are basicly worthless.

Pacquiao has not agreed to Olympic testing
    2. Pac has agreed to random checks, olympic style only without tests within 3 days of the fight, if it where an olympic event then you wouldn't be tested 3 days before an event, since you have a different testing proceedure at major championships which is based on random tests after the even, which again Pac has agreed to.

We know for a fact that athletes in all sports are using enhancement drugs of all kind
    3. Drug use is an extremely small problem in the majority of sports, with almost no PED positive results in Soccer, Tennis, Rugby, Cricket, in fact most sports don't have a drug problem.

Most can not be detected in urine
    4. Wrong, urine tests are considered more useful than Blood test due to it being so easy to mask blood results.
Team Pacquiao ask for blackout dates,Tygart insists that setting blackout dates for testing is inadequate
    5. 3 days is not going to effect any testing proceedure, a full test straight after the fight is going to catch anything that would be caught, and arguements over this is pathetic.

face it the last week is a rest period so no training PED's will not be in use, and any figth night PED's will be detected in the post fight tests.

Granting athletes a blackout date is akin to giving them a heads up that they'll be testing them after 2-3 days.

The USADA obviously takes no chances.
if pacquiao agrees to a blackout date of only 2-3 days before the fight but allows testing on random days before it and one right after the fight , it should have been enough.

i think the issue is usada is too strict and won't give any wiggle room.

like the random times testing. why can't they agree on a set time for the tests just on random days?

they can test any day they want but let it be at a set time say 10pm-11am.

no need for the possibility of a 2am or 4am urine/blood test.

wouldn't they catch almost everything in a 2-3 day span with the after the fight blood test?
First of all, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency agreed that they won’t take blood from the fighters 48 hours before the fight as some people seem to think. They’re going to take only a few tablespoons through random testing in the three months leading up to the fight.

no they arent water based soluble drugs can be released through sweat when working out. Think how when someone drinks they sweat the alcohol out through their pores, and please don't cuss at me. All I'm doing is giving you facts. And blood test of EPO is for hemocrit count but other drugs are used to recover energy and that's important in a cardiovascular taxing sport such as boxing.

if he is found to be cheating before the fight i personally would want the fight cancelled, Pacman banned and then fined **** loads of money. Whats the point doing it after the fight? When Mayweathers life could be in danger!

No they can't because Pacquiao could take the drugs at night and they would be untraceable by morning time. It's like smelling someone's breath hours after they have eaten a meal and trying to decipher what they had for lunch as opposed to smelling your breath right after you've eaten the meal

Im assuming whenever they want up until the 48 hour cut off point. I dont see what all the fuss is about they said it was ok last week, what has changed since then? Dont they realise that they are just making things worse for themselves?

Anyway if this forces the NSAC to have a long overdue overhaul of their testing system, then something postive will have happened fight or no fight.

That is what Team Mayweather is looking to prevent.

And that cat, Dwyer from Gambler's Advisory, made an important point regarding trying to enforce the after-the-fight-blood-testing if Team Pacquiao decided they would not submit to it after all.

Trying to enforce it would be futile because the fight is over and they'll collect their money, and there would be no way to really find out what the results might have been.

I really feel sorry for Pacman, we all wish we could do what Mayweather has been blessed by god with, speed,skill,endurance/stamina, power. The thing is Mayweathers **** comes naturally, no drugs. They should force Manny to Olympic testing, if he refuses, bann him from boxing and remove all his titles, every single thing he accomplished should be removed from the books. Cheaters are destroying my love for sports. Margarita, and now Pacquiao. I call for immediate suppension of licenses.
